Blessed to Grow, Ready to Glow! A Joyful Graduation Day at TKK PENABUR Gading Serpong
Wednesday, June 4, 2025, was a special and unforgettable day for the K2 students of TKK PENABUR Gading Serpong. On this joyful day, the children celebrated their Purnawiyata with the theme “Blessed to Grow, Ready to Grow.” It was a moment filled with pride, happiness, and love, as parents were also present to witness their little ones graduating from kindergarten.
The event was held in two sessions. In the morning, the celebration was joined by students from K2 B and K2 D. In the afternoon, it continued with K2 A and K2 C. The event began with a lively opening dance “Haleluya Pujilah” performed by the teachers, followed by a heartfelt worship session led by Priest Wendy Pratama. Each child had a chance to walk proudly to the stage to receive their graduation medal. The atmosphere was filled with joy and gratitude.
After that, they stood tall and sang the patriotic song “Bagimu Negeri” proudly. A touching moment followed when the children approached their teachers, expressed their gratitude, and gave them warm hugs. Many parents and teachers were moved by the sincerity of the children.
The celebration continued with beautiful performances dedicated to the parents. In the first session, K2 D sang “Terima Kasih Mama Papa” while K2 B sang “Terima Kasih untuk Cinta.” In the second session, the same songs were performed by K2 C and K2 A. After singing, the children gave flower bouquets and heartfelt letters they had written especially for their mom and dad. Parents responded with smiles, hugs, and prayers, making the moment even more meaningful.
A symbolic ceremony was also held, where the school officially returned the children to their parents, ready to continue their journey to elementary school. As the event came to a close, some parents shared their testimonies about their experiences with TKK PENABUR. Mrs. Thania Ariesta, mother of Stanson Gevariel Sigit from K2 D, and Mr. Yofie and Mrs. Verawati Setiawan, parents of Louise Immanuella Yofie from K2 A, expressed their heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the school and teachers.
The entire celebration was full of warmth, joy, and sweet memories. Congratulations to all our K2 graduates. You are truly blessed to grow and ready to glow!
