History of SMPK PENABUR Gading Serpong.

SMPK Penabur Gading Serpong was established in 2002, located in Kelapa Gading Barat Raya street, Gading Serpong, Kelapa Dua, Tangerang District, Banten Province.
Our school is a 4-storey building. We used to have 2 classes under the lead of Mrs. Ester Lesmana and now evolved to 23 classes under the command of Mrs. Ferry Marwanti, S.P., M.P.

During this period of time, this school has been led by numerous headmasters such as Mrs. Ester Lesmana (2002-2005), Mr. Thomas Kristo(2005-2012), Mrs. Ieke Poelihawati (2012-2014), Mrs. Maryuningtyas (2014-2021), Mrs. Ferry Marwanti (2021-2023). As for now, our school is lead by Mrs. Rosaline Agnes.

Various achievements have been achieved by PGS, academic and non academic in any level, from district level up to the international one.

Moving class system is applied in order to create different atmosphere for students in each lesson and keep the students focus in the teaching and learning process.
The combination of Government curriculum and BPK PENABUR curriculum is implemented to prepare the students for the new era in the future.

One thing that stands out from our school is LEADERSHIP.
We implement this particular soft skill in any activities that we have in school.

Bilingual teaching is also implemented in this school where students and teachers will use English as the medium of communication for Maths and Science classess.

Talk about extracurricular activities, our school has various numbers of extracurricular activities; basketball, futsal, floorball, table tennis, taekwondo, chess, robotics, design graphic, animation, etc.
Scouts, Red Cross and The Paskibra are three mandatory extracurricular in our school.
We also provides the students with some clubs, like English, Math, Crafting, Science and Japanese.
