Compass for Young Generation

The importance of character building is pointed out by BPK PENABUR Jakarta. This can be shown by one programme that is applied by PENABUR Primary – Secondary Kelapa Gading – Tanjung Duren. It is called Compass for Young Generation (CFYG). CFYG is a programme in which students are guided to develop themselves to be better in attitude and postively directed in terms of character. The values of this programme are based on Christianity values.

CFYG also delivered as a character building subject in the school. The students will get the theory as well as the application in their daily lives. In the learning process, the students are guided by CFYG facilitators who are also their teachers. The facilitators have been trained before they deliver the materials.

Compass for Young Generations is initiated by Rev, Robby Chandra and the division of PENABUR Primary – Secondary Kelapa Gading-Tanjung Duren. Through this programme, the students are expected to have good characters based on Chritianity values and to become individuals who are not only excellent in knowledge but also in characters.
