SMP National Plus BPK PENABUR Bogor 2025 Jamboree: Be a Critical Thinker! (Recap)

An exciting and challenging adventure took place! The SMP National Plus BPK PENABUR Bogor Jamboree, with the inspiring theme "Be a Critical Thinker!", was held from February 19th to 21st, 2025 in Gunung Pancar Camp Ground, Kp. Ciburial, RT 3/RW 3, Desa Karang Tengah, Kecamatan Babakan Madang, Kabupaten Bogor, 16810, Jawa Barat.
All grade 7 students were invited to develop their critical thinking skills, and become more independent, resilient, and courageous individuals facing social dynamics. Through various specially designed activities, the school year 2024/2025 Jamboree became an unforgettable experience that shaped students' character into better individuals. For the sake of readiness, students have received training regarding skills for Jamboree activities through Pre-Jamboree activities at school for 5 days, with a duration of 2 – 3 hours/day.
The Jamboree taught children how to explore outdoors and hone their survival abilities. Encourage leadership and collaboration. Solve problems and use your creativity. Build a sense of belonging and strengthen bonds with others. It was not just an ordinary activity, but a flagship program that provided a platform for students to learn and grow outside the classroom. This was an opportunity to step out of their comfort zone, face challenges, and discover hidden potential.
