The air was filled with a sense of purpose as 9th-grade students embarked on a crucial retreat from Thursday, 13 February 2025 till Friday, 14 February 2025 in Bumi Arasy Resort, Caringin. This wasn't just a break from the usual routine; it was a focused endeavor, designed to fortify their spirits as they approach the culmination of their studies—the final series of assessments. Under the guiding theme, 'Ecclesia Domestica, Ecclesia Scola,' we sought to reinforce the vital connection between faith at home and faith at school.
The subtheme, 'Being Humble and Respect Each Other,' resonated deeply throughout the event. The retreat was thoughtfully structured, starting with crucial sessions dedicated to informing the students about the graduation criteria, ensuring clarity and focus for the student's final academic push. Following this, a dynamic career and motivation session ignited their aspirations, helping them envision their futures and set ambitious goals.
Central to the retreat's spirit was an exploration of the essence of friendship, a journey of reflection that emphasized the importance of support and camaraderie during challenging times. Students engaged in heartfelt discussions and activities that underscored the power of unity and mutual respect.
To further strengthen their bonds and build resilience, the retreat culminated in invigorating outbound activities. These experiences not only fostered teamwork and problem-solving skills but also provided a refreshing break, allowing students to connect with nature and each other on a deeper level.
