The contents of this book are collected notes taken by the author himself. He wished to share the letters he wrote to his "future me". Through this book, he poured all his emotion and feelings. The author has expressed a desire to find out more about what the future holds. He's undeniably scared, but there is also a part of him that's curious and excited.
He gives plenty of advice and cautions. He does this because he can only look from the distance. He has no way of contacting his future self, but he knows he can protect him. He wants his future self to be happy. He wants him to accomplish all that he fought for. He wants him to have no regrets. He also reminds him to be grateful for everything he's done.
This book is a form of self-appreciation. He learns to accept himself completely, be it his strengths or his weaknesses. He's learning not to be so hard on himself. His final message: life is short, so live it to the fullest. Everyone should try their best, but enjoying it at the same time.
