Women Empowerment

Despite the fact that gender equality has only been fully implemented for a few decades, a lot has changed in the last few decades. Gender equality refers to men and women having equal power and opportunities in terms of financial independence, education, and personal growth. Therefore, making women's empowerment a crucial component of achieving gender equality.
What is women’s empowerment? Women's empowerment is defined as fostering women's self-esteem, ability to make their own decisions, and right to influence social change for themselves and others. Women are empowered when they have free access to opportunities in a variety of areas, including education, career, and lifestyle. It entails things like education, awareness, and literacy, in order to assist them in improving their situation. It also entails the ability to make decisions. When a woman makes an important decision, she feels powerful.
In general, there are three components to women's empowerment. The first is women's sense of self worth. What is a woman's sense of self worth? "Self-worth is a self-evaluative emotional reaction. It’s a feeling of confidence in our abilities and qualities." (Forbes, 2016)
Second, they have the right to regulate their own lives, both inside and outside the house. Finally, their power to shape the course of social development in order to establish a just social and economic order on a national, international, and global scale.
