Anticipating The Rapid Growth of AI

In today's environment, AI has outgrown its capabilities. Looking at our culture and environment, we can witness this change. As technology has advanced, newer forms of Artificial Intelligence have emerged. AI provides numerous benefits; nonetheless, this rapid development may pose a threat to most people, particularly those affected by AI and compelled to shift employment. The question is whether AI is an innovation or a threat to all of us.
AI has been used to make our lives easier in our daily lives. Instead of having someone script or write code, we can ask an AI to solve all of these difficulties, and most of the time, AI is used to replace the number of staff employees in a firm, such as research analysts, taxi drivers, salespeople, customer care agents, and many more.
Although AI benefits businesses by reducing the number of employees required, it poses a threat to those who work in professions that are being replaced by AI. According to some estimates, like the World Economic Forum, technology might replace more than 85 million jobs by 2025.
As students, it is critical that we anticipate such events in the future. We can prepare for it by identifying labor fields and jobs that are unlikely to be displaced by AI or machines. It is critical for high school students to choose their interests and majors that are less likely to be replaced by AI in the near future. They include degrees requiring creative work, such as artists, authors, and journalists, as well as vocations requiring critical thought, such as psychologists, engineers, and lawyers.
