My Favorite Sports

BEST Kids Story - 23 October 2024

Hello friends, my name is Dexter. I am a grade 3 student from SDK PENABUR Harapan Indah.

I want to tell you about my hobbies. Basicly, I love doing sports. Some sports are my favorite. I play badminton and taekwondo, and I also swim. Sports activities challenge me to engage in them. It's very exciting.

My hobby is swimming. Swimming helps me strengthen my bones and other parts of my body. My heart is healthy, my bones are strong, and I feel fit. My body gets relaxed when I am swimming. I have been able to swim since I was 5 years old. It was difficult at first, but now I can swim freely to a depth of 1.5 meters.

I also love taekwondo. On that picture I am kicking the opponent. I also won the taekwondo championship. I joined Inti Club Jakarta, which helps me express active movements into self-defense actions. I can defend myself and attack my opponent. It's really fun.

I also enjoy badminton. Sometimes, I play with my family and friends on weekends. I am grateful that Penabur School has a badminton extracurricular program. I can develop my hobby of playing badminton well and correctly with the help of the sports teacher who teaches during the extracurricular activities. I hope to become a badminton player someday.
