Education is one of the most important and mandatory elements in the life of a student. It helps the students to do analysis while making important decisions in life, developing character, adding experience for the future, gain knowledge, increase productivity, boost creativity, to teach cultural literacy and other advantages of education. Education is essential for a student because after being educated enough, a student will be able to select a good career option for them so they can succeed in life with the help of education. A good career provides the students financial freedom and support along with mental satisfaction. The Education of the students also helps them in improving their communication skills. For instance, their speech, body language, and many other elements present in the communication system. Education helps the students in using the technology in a better way in this era of rapid technological development and transformation. Education often occurs under the guidance of others, but it is also self-taught. Education is generally divided into stages such as preschool, elementary school, junior high school, high school, and then college, university or internship.
Based on Law no. 2 of 1985, the purpose of education is to educate the nation's life and also to develop a complete human being. The meaning of a complete human being mentioned in Article 4 can be interpreted as an intelligent human being comprehensively.
Article 48 of Law Number 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights, which contains a law that supports equal distribution of education, states that "women have the right to access education and teaching in all types, levels, and paths of education in accordance with the specified requirements". The National Education System is defined by Law No. 20 of 2003, which states that the education system must be able to ensure equal distribution of educational opportunities, as well as education management to deal with the difficulties posed by demands for change at the local, national and global levels. Women with low education have more difficulty accessing sources of production, and they are more likely to work in low-paying informal jobs. Advantages and disadvantages in education Gender inequality can create opportunities for women to participate in development and policy-making in the economic, social and political fields.
