Buku ini juga mengajar saya cara bahwa persaingan sudah wajar dalam perbisnisan dan strategi strategi dinamis yang harus diterapkan dalam perusahaan untuk tidak kalah dengan saingan. Buku ini juga mengajar saya tentang strategi pemasaran melalui membuat komunitas pelanggan dan cara mengikutsertakan pelanggan.
