The book, as the title suggests, tells us that being unhappy is a choice. It isn't like your standard book however. Each page is filled with short sentences about our happiness or lack of it. While they might be short, these words are empowering and makes you reflect upon your own happiness. They serve their purpose to list out the things that are causing your unhappiness that you relate to. They tell a story of your own problems that you are dealing with.
The book as many different topics that the author talks about with every sentence relating to such topics. In every few pages or so, there contains an image with a text that relates to one another. The image are heartwarming and pleasing to look at while being very abstract on its meaning. Some of them look like they are just random drawings and yet you feel them in some sort of way.
