"The Festive Chinese New Year Celebration at TK Nasional Plus BPK PENABUR Sentul City-Bogor"

TK Nasional Plus BPK PENABUR Sentul City - Bogor has held a Chinese New Year event which was held on Friday, January 31, 2025. This event took place in the TK-SD Nasional Plus BPK PENABUR Sentul City - Bogor Hall, 2nd floor and started at 8 am. 

This event began with Singing Time hosted by Ibu Yosi as the Master Ceremony and the children sang some Mandarin songs. Laoshi Athaya as a Mandarin kindergarten teacher told the history of the Chinese New Year celebration by showing an interesting, informative and entertaining animated video for children. The children also learned the meaning of fireworks, oranges and also the color red from the celebration. The event continued by watching a spectacular performance of the lion dance performed by Ko Andrian Warban and team. This performance gave an extraordinary reaction for every child and teacher. 

The event was continued in each class by creating an art or a craft related to the snake Chinese zodiac. The event ended with the giving of chocolate coins as angpao or children’s reward. This activity was filled with great joy and it can provide a meaning of joy and gratitude for the change of the year to be better.
