Live In at Sumberbulu
For approximately one week, from Tuesday, September 10, to Saturday, September 14, 2024, the 10th-grade students of SMA Nasional Plus BPK PENABUR Bogor participated in a Live In program at Sumberbulu Tourist Village, Pendem Village, Mojogedang Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java.
The 2024 Live In activity, under the theme Renewal of Mind, aimed to inspire the 10th-grade students to experience a renewal in their mindset for their daily lives. Life in the village is very different from the luxurious and always-fulfilled life in the city. The students were taught to live as more independent and responsible individuals.
During their time in Sumberbulu Village, the students participated in various activities, including small business crafts such as making herbal medicine and chips, crafting bamboo puppets, and engaging in the daily routines of the local residents, most of whom are farmers. The students actively took part in farming and gardening activities as part of their experience.
